Devlin Boland O’Toole Insurances Limited was originally established in 1971 as Richard Devlin Insurances. In 2001 our Managing Director, Ray O’Toole, purchased the company and renamed it Devlin O’Toole Insurances.
In 2003 Devlin O’Toole Insurances moved into our current new modern offices in Beacon Court, Sandyford, Dublin 18. The business had grown considerably since our move to Beacon Court. In 2004 we purchased the general insurance book of Kieran Murphy Insurances. In 2006 we purchased Declan Dunne Investment & Insurances.
In December 2009, we purchased Boland Ryan Insurances who had been based in Capel Street since 1972. Michael Boland and his staff moved to Beacon Court to join us. As a result we renamed the company Devlin Boland O’Toole Insurances Limited in January 2010.
